We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and wedding details — when you create an account or build an invitation. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.

We use your information to operate Shuffling Invites, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g., RSVP notifications), and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Convex (real-time database) and Cloudinary (images). Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS.

4. Guest Data

When your guests submit RSVPs or view your invitation, we collect only the information necessary to fulfil that request (name, email, meal preference). This data is visible to you as the invite host and is deleted upon your request.
