Terms of Service | Shuffling Invites

1. Acceptance

By commissioning a project with Shuffling Invites, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. How We Work

Shuffling Invites is a bespoke design studio, not a self-serve website builder. You reach out to us — usually on Instagram — we talk through your wedding, agree on a design and a price, and our team builds and publishes the website for you. The specifics of your engagement (scope, timeline, pricing, and revisions) are confirmed directly with you before any design work begins.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (photos, text, music) you share with us. By sharing it, you grant us a limited licence to use that content to design and display your website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Because every website is commissioned individually, payment terms (amount, deposit, and schedule) are agreed with you directly at the time of booking rather than charged automatically through the site. See our Cancellation & Refunds page for how changes of mind are generally handled.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Shuffling Invites to distribute spam, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project that violates these terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our process evolves. Changes apply from the date they're posted here and don't affect projects already agreed under a previous version.
