Terms of Service — Shuffling Invites

1. Acceptance

By using Shuffling Invites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (photos, text, music) you upload to Shuffling Invites. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to display that content as part of your invitation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time charges unless otherwise stated. See our Refund Policy for details on returns.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Shuffling Invites to distribute spam, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
