How This Works
Shuffling Invites is a bespoke, commissioned service — every website is designed individually after a conversation on Instagram or email, so there is no fixed-price, self-serve purchase for a standard refund policy to apply to. Instead, cancellation and refund terms (for example, deposits or project-stage cutoffs) are agreed with you directly before any design work begins, and confirmed as part of your booking.
